Shelf life checked
Production and expiry dates are checked before goods are allocated, and shared with the buyer before loading.
Everything confirmed in writing
Each order is confirmed with product, pack size, quantity and price, so both sides know exactly what will be shipped.
Photos before the container leaves
Buyers receive loading photos, the packing list and the seal number before the shipment departs.
Documents done properly
Invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and health certificates are prepared correctly the first time, to avoid delays at the destination port.
